Posted by shellyl 45 here. Oh hell I have parts that hurt that I didn't know I even owned. Normally a direct result of forgetting my age and acting like I am still 20. Sooo with that being said, as long as I can still forget and my body forgives I will not worry too much about it. |

Posted by hush I am 44 and coach my daughter's soccer team. They were short on players so I ran the drills with them rather than directing them a few days ago. Those muscles and joints that worked great 20 years and 40 pounds ago are far from forgiving now. I am still having a hard time walking. Age and (my) stupidity blow. |
