As graduate student focusing her research on taxonomy and a member of UER, this is the best intersection of both worlds I could have ever hoped for. Love your kingdom- and genus-level nomenclature.

When asked by the inlaws what it is I do out there, I can now claim to be cataloging fauna.

Best answer ever.

Sweet jesus this is epic.

You should add one for clueless photographers that think they're being cute and unique by taking pictures of "ugly poverty".

Or one for clueless "ghost hunters" that just go to abandonments because they think all creepy-looking buildings are haunted.

If I have downtime at work tomorrow, I'll make a paranormal one as well.

You know. To help Our Community.

(I'd suggest a drinking game but I contemplated that one a year or so back and didn't want to be responsible for ER trips)

I keep telling people, if you wanna go ghost hunting, then you have to point aggressively at suspicious activity. Otherwise, you get pulled into another dimension to be disemboweled at one of Pinkamena's Totally Fun Basement Parties™

You get no points for getting that reference, nor for getting any of my other 50 posts referencing the same goddamn thing.
