Rolling in $$$$$
< on 9/8/2010 11:51 PM >

That is right. When you get older you get stinking rich. This is why I just bought a house. You heard me, an estate, in Toronto. Not only that, but it is the second cheapest estate listed in mls for all of Toronto and beyond.

Am I right? Feeling rich feels good!

Congratulations on buying a house! That is very exciting! Is it a quadplex like you'd talked about?

No. I decided to stay in Toronto, for now. Then, if I move out east I will have a decent down payment. Enough of a down payment to rule the lower classes.

Here is my bow-roofed baby (as an added bonus it has funhouse floors)

That is a lovely estate. You are a true baller. What year was it built?

Not sure 1920s-1930s.

Seems as though all of my neighbours have neck tattoos, so I am trying to think of what to get on mine. I am trying to decide between "Just Fittin' In!" or the more bold "I gots one too."

That house will look lovely with your prized anus picture on it's walls.

One thing I've noticed about many southern Ontario homes is that the developers tend to stick houses very close to one another, leaving very little for a back yard or between the houses.

My brother's back yard (before he moved) basically opened up and met someone else's back yard. No privacy at all. The garage was so small that you had about four inches of clearance on both sides of the car driving in. It was basically pointless to be used as a garage.

I understand that property values are so high but these 21st century cookie cutter produced doll houses leave a lot to be desired.

But rant aside, congratulations....

One of the first things I will be doing erecting a privacy fence. I only have to do it on one side so it should be too expensive.

It's rather late in the season to be sunbathing nude though - may as well hold off on the wood purchasing until next year.

It's hardly a 21st century phenomenon - this house was built in the 1920's.

Congrats Argonian. I'm sure your cats will love it.

I hope they don't! They are loving the infestation in my current digs. I can hear them attacking something now. Eventually I will get out of bed and take out the dead.

Baby, I am a East Yorker at heart and soon to be by location. I am as far east as you can go without being in Scarborough.

Will you have an open invitation to UER members for the housewarming? You know lots of moderators, so getting the notice stickied on the main boards won't be a problem!

I would prefer if we met some night in the alley behind American Apparel on Yonge. We could shoot up there and then I could take you to my place. We will have a great time.
