I'm willing to help with carpooling as well, if enough people show an interest. I'll need money to be pitched in for gas, but my car gets about 400 miles per tank, so depending on how many people go with me, I may just need to collect $10 from each rider.
I drive a VW Beetle. I can fit three more people with me, and a limited amount of gear in the trunk. If you're anywhere from the NH seacoast to NYC, I can grab you. Send me a PM if you're interested.
If I don't get anyone, Duffy, I'll be riding with you.

From what i've gathered mostly everyone is getting hotels at this point, either in the city or on the outskirts and hellohi has even offered to lodge 4-5 people.
If anyone is renting a campground and would allow some of us to join you while not in the city please post it up here
