Sounds exciting!

TheGerm & I had some success last night as well. Persistence & vigilance pay off once again.

Stay tuned for pictures that don't suck.

Here's a couple from mine...

1.

2.

3.

Addendum: I was able to spend some time practicing the long exposures and spent a couple hours in each location. I haven't even touched those yet but thought I'd share a couple anyway.

A couple of those look kinda familiar...looks like a very successful evening indeed!!

I forgot to bring my mini tripod last night, and given the need for light discipline in our location, I ended up doing very little photography. Getting used to using your new rig?

You know them! We will have to plan an outing soon!

I'm slowly learning but still not super confident with it, especially in the dark. My tripod broke half way through too so had to shoot from a lower angle or the leg would fall out. Got some cool light painting in the second location though just to add to the creepiness. lol

ohhhh? Lola found a mutant variant of the lonely chair? We found spooky floorboards last night and a bunch of people in the distance way past their bedtime.

Nice work, guys!

Spotted one or two quiet places in an area of town here yesterday... need to make the time to go check out new locations down here.

I think I'm making excuses out of Nicknolte being out of town for a while... ha.

PS: It's my UER 3rd birthday! I should earn that star and get exploring lol

Anyone else feeling antsy??

I hit one of your old DB locations on the weekend, just to see it. In the river valley by the Walterdale. Managed to do a rooftop too last week. I'll get some pics up soon.

We should go out soon!!

I'd be down for a meetup

The mosquitoes are real though! Bug spray's gonna be a must.

Edit: Just found this on reddit.

Oh shit, I went to Afton and Westlawn. Afton was built like the saucer section of the Enterprise, and we always called Westlawn the bomb shelter. I would honestly see value in coming back specifically to attend closings of both schools.

Shot #2 looks very familiar Mystics...if it's what I think it is, I too have been longing to be inside her.

That came out wrong.
