Sort of like retail stores have to 'ban' you in order to enforce trespassing orders. Once they issue the ban, they can prosecute you for trespassing thereafter.

You could always try this innovative method of avoiding a ticket though, it works every time.


HAHAHAHAH. oh my. she sounds like a pig squealing. i'm sure there are better ways... hahaha.

I know this is several years later, but I just wanted to point out that the OP's link to Saskatchewan's Trespass to Property Act is out of date. It has since been moved to here. I recommend that OP update their post since those links will be seen before mine.
