Fack! Airline tickets are ridiculously high. A ride on Amtrak takes 24 hours. Greyhound is about the same. Driving form here to St Louis is over 12 hours. This sucks! I'm going to keep trying tho. I don't want to miss this.

Try Continental Airlines. I found them to have the lowest rates, and I'd be flying from a local international airport, to Saint Louis with a layover in Salt Lake City. Not the biggest or fanciest planes, but they are reliable and rather efficient.

I'm driving from Raleigh. If you can get here from Richmond you can ride with me.

Kayak rocks.

I'm still strongly considering a trip - depends on how finances work out!

I'll fly into Nashville and ride up to St. Louis but I'm planning on staying until Monday so if theres someone who wants a spot on the van and would be riding to and from, they should probably have preference over me.

It would probably be cheaper for you to fly in and out of the same destination, rather than book two separate flights. I don't know, though.

Be seein you kids there. I'll either be taking the bug or the camper. If I take the camper I can offer lodging on wheels for up to 3 people. I may also be picky about who I let sleep in the same vehicle as me....either way I'm coming down from northwest indiana and if I take the camper I can possibly give a ride to 3 people that are reasonably on my way, if not I can MAYBE give a ride to one person which might be tommy. we'll see what happens between now and april I have a lot of work to do and a lot of money to make that will hopefully make this trip better for me and those around me if I'm in a generous mood =P

I'm pretty excited to see some of you again, MAMU was badass and I hope this meet goes as well...maybe better in some aspects.

We should make a VW circle in a bad neighborhood for base camp.

Unfortunately I am out. My financial situation will not allow me to make this trip. I'm really, really pissed about it, but there is nothing I can do at this time.

I really want to go but i don't want to do the drive by myself. maybe I can find someone to split gas with.

I'll drive and can fit 2 passengers.
just an idea.

I'm in, flying in from Seattle on the 17th and flying home from the Twin Cities on the 25th.

There's a lot of places on my list.
