| Also known as barbed tape is an improvement to barbed wire and probably one of the most extreme type of barrier faced in UE. It's usually placed at the top of fences or piled behind them. Or a combination of both. Either way you stack it, it's a formidable foe to encounter. Most locations that have such a defense have been locked down to keep people out or are former hospitals, prisons or other such installations. However, the place may just have been in a bad neighborhood. No matter how you look at it, it shreds skin like paper.
