| A jelly is a puddle of jell that may form under a Snotsicle (see "Snotsicle" http://www.uer.ca/...id=1&threadid=5704). I have not personally poked one but they appear to be of a rubbery consistency with a greasy jelly layer surface, they range in color from red, orange, yellow, green, gray, and black. Although neither I nor my friend have touched one we have stood in them and they stick to the soles of boots and can be removed with a stick or a puddle of water. |
