Jordan River Power Plant
< on 1/11/2024 7:03 PM >

Built in the early 1900's, this power plant was eventually replaced with a larger one. Close to a super popular beach and surfing area, this power plant is well known locally and frequently visited. It's hosted raves and apparently some rad skate sessions.

Like playing Tony Hawk's Pro-Skater, I was surprised to stumble across a secret skate park someone had built in the adjacent room.

Happy New Year everyone. I've started sorting through and editing a few of the trips I've done when I have time. It's tough these days with a family and whatnot. Such is life.

Here's a random work photo of my plane, taken in a remote community in Northern Ontario. ..this is where a bunch of my time has gone, but at least I still bring my camera from time to time.

I fly an air ambulance, moving medics and patients to hospitals from remote communities where there's no road access.

We deal with civilian medicine, but a few of our medics are veterans.
