Not really active here. He was member for 10 years before he made his first and only post.

What makes him significant is that he was running around subway tunnels, roof topping and climbing NYC bridges when the likes of John Law were in kindergarten.

One of the elder statesman of exploring. Retired FDNY firefighter and just maximg and relaxing in Arizona.

When I happened on him, he was using WebTV to access a (now defunct) NYC specific board and was a haphazard poster on Facebook.

The funny thing was that I already knew him. He had a Summer bungalow a block away from my place in Rockaway Beach. I used to see him on the boardwalk and talk to him from time to time.
