~ These Dying Days of Summer ~
< on 9/9/2021 4:23 PM >

Maybe it’s time to publish something… this one comes from the end side of August. Rainy friday’s evening, hard day at work behind, still wanted to get my dose of oblivion. Already this year's second visit, hopefully you won't get overdose (I definitely won't).

These Dying Days of Summer:

Getting Older Alone:

Coming In:

Ghosts on the Wall:

Rainy Day's Evening:

In Our Dreams:

Better Times (Gone Forever):

Still Hanging Around:

Twisted Reality (Lights Out):

Chaos in Evening Light:

As Years Tear Us Down:

Gone in Red:

Dying Pains:

-----

And then to traditional ”drive you crazy" off-topic-bonus-shitty-shitty-shot. Today it comes from last weekend, when it was time for already quite traditional Nordic Metal Cruise - 4 bands and 23 hours on Baltic Sea. Moonsorrow, Ensiferum, Verikalpa and Swallow the Sun. Between bands and drinking I also did spent some time drinking outside and damned I’m love in Finnish archipelago. I also did spot 2 abandoned houses from the boat, here is first of them.

It’s still thursday here and workday tomorrow, but I’ll publish this now and say GOOD WEEKEND for EVERYONE!

Great set, AS ALWAYS.

Especially like the small details you've shown here.

I can feel the chill of autumn setting in just looking at these! Nice work, I really like that last shot in particular.

Thank you sooo very much. And of course... cheers! (I did get my second vaccine today and most of people I know have become more or less ill after that so I'm trying to avoid that with drinking).

Always Love your Black and Whites! The processing is always right to set the mood. The color ones are just as cool.,,especially when you are trying to see the details on a Red cobwebby house shoe lol Those wide doors in this house are awesome. Cant wait until you find a way over to the house on the rocky shore of the Baltic. Thats a nice shot you got from the boat.

Happy to hear that - I've heard opposite opinions too like "why do you do this for these photos". xD But it always depends, can't say why I sometimes do and sometimes don't, it just fits in some photos with my mood and mind better than ordinary colors.

Hey, next Nordic Metal Cruise is at February and tickets are already bought! Definitely trying to catch more winter filled photos from that little hut but only problem is that it's 23 hours cruise and I can't remember where it were... except it was nearer Turku than Stockholm... probably. Bad, bad beer and absinthe. Cheers! xD
