Abandoned mental hospital in Northern California
< on 5/27/2021 3:36 AM >

Been eyeing this place for a few weeks and finally got to see the inside. Photography is not really my hobby, and I had to compress the shit out oF the photos, but I wanted to show a few shots to the community. Only managed to make it through 1/3 or so of the building because it's rather large. Enjoy!

Lol certainly appears that way huh? Apparently it was the site of a double homicide, but I havent been able to determine where in the building.

Nice explore. Glad to see you made it inside! This property certainly has some dark history behind it. I have been here personally myself before, but not inside. Even the outside gives off a dark emotion. Nice job!

If I remember correctly, I remember it happened in the lobby.

But it is an interesting place. I've been there once. It is fairly large! I should return soon.

The one time I went there, I didn't see any trace of any security at all. Have the over the years had security and later not? Or do they have security that patrols between different sites?

I’ve seen security twice of the five times I’ve been.
It seems to me that they patrol other sites too, so the patrols are random.

Just went there today, A caretaker currently lives on the property and the place has lots of motion lights and a few cameras(and alot of broken cameras). The caretaker's wife said they have never been inside so I would assume it is all outdoors, but getting inside won't be easy. The caretaker only enforces the trespassing signs from dusk to dawn(for being outside but on the property) so it is fairly easy to check out

A nurse was killed in the main entrance lobby area by a patient.

Actually got to chat with them? Awesome
I still want to go up and see it... It's just a huge endeavor getting up there
