Abandoned Mansion?

Hi everybody,
I've recently heard how there is an abandoned mansion around Edmonton and the Parkland County area. I'm trying to find it and explore it with my friends but having a hard time finding the location as it's seemingly heavily secretive (as it should be. Don't want it getting destroyed). I'm wondering if anybody has been there before and if I'm able to get any hints or direction for where exactly it is located. Me and my buddies just want to explore it we have no intention of destroying anything or sharing the location with everybody.

Are there any notable features of this mansion? I've been in quite a few houses in Parkland County. How many floors? Greenhouse or tennis court?

If this is the mansion from tiktok its already been blown up and has security.

I just had someone explore a mansion, said it was on the west near the river i think, didn't sound like it had security though but hey I could be wrong.

I haven't paid much attention to it but theirs some guy dropping locations on tik-tok and getting thousands of views.

1. apparently the place isn't actually abandoned and can be rented out

2. like I said earlier, its been totally blown up and whoever owns the property is aware of the video

Friend that told me about it said there's cops there a lot now and that her friends all got their plates wrote down n stuff.
