I really like the way the sunlight illuminates the rail road tracks.

Nice sunrise, maybe zoom in more? As to show less structures and noise around the target(middle light).

i like the light on the tracks! nice silhouette all around.

i personally would clone/heal stamp the plane and its trail from the top right since i think its a bit distracting.

for composition, i personally would crop in from the left to center the sun, since it's a bit off center right now.

It's pretty sweet how the sun is rising EXACTLY over the tracks!
I might pan the shot further to the left so that the tracks occupy more of the horizontal space in the photo. That will also bring the vanishing point closer to 2/3 of the horizontal space. If you want this centred, then really centre it ;)

I was temped to say "try not to have the horizon right in the middle of the photo", but I think the vertical angle kinda works, here, because the sky and the tracks are both interesting features. Just my 0.02.

I like the idea and agree with previous comments. I'd adjust the point a view to center up the tracks and sun more. I also would try a smaller aperture setting to try to get the skyline and trees more in focus, if possible.
