Posted by Thinklikefreak I recommend that you find on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace a used Fujifilm XT1 or XT2 mirrorless camera bundle with likely the kit lens. Cam takes super good looking pictures with little to no need to edit them if you get your exposure good on scene. I highly recommend to check out Youtube videos on Exposure Compensation control and histograms. Those two help me significantly. Colors look great with no editing out of the Fujifilm cameras. First picture in the set is the one I thinks the best. Sharpest and most interesting. |

Posted by Money Out of curiosity what editing software would you recommend that is affordable and is fairly easy to use? You are right getting rid of the extra "crap" off the edge of that pic helps it out a lot, it seems to make it feel less cluttered. In addition the laundry cart pops without the other stuff standing out as much. Thanks so far. I hope that I can get some decent equipment for this and learn. I have never really gotten to big into photography but it would be awesome to be able to take good pics of what I get to see to share or even help me remember. |
