While traveling through Vietnam I came across this dingy looking resort. I wasn't really there for urbexing, but as soon as I saw it I heed the call and checked it out. It actually like the place never got to be occupied and the inside of the buildings seemed mostly untouched and empty. I couldn't really stay there for long before being run out by dogs and a guard though. What little sight I did manage to get was good enough to make the rest of my day.
Thing to know about Vietnam is that, while legally a communist country, it is effectively an open market system. So, with lots of investment opportunities and not a huge lot of oversight, some projects get rushed and not properly vetted. As it turns out, that kind of money fever is what unintentionally creates beauties like these. With that said, enjoy the ocean front property.

Rolls off the tongue.
I have heard of Vietnam's abandoned resorts before, and wonder if it was the same one I previously heard described. Might have to ask a friend to look at these pictures. These days I know a Vietnamese explorer based in one of the cities who mostly focuses on roofs and probably didn't know about this.
