Well, it's a lonely chair, a UE staple. I like the general framing with the shape of the windows. Some people might tell you they're too blown out, but the rest of the picture is fine because of that. It might've helped if the image were taken straight on, and depending on your "ethics" given the chair a tug about a foot to the right.

Composition is ok overall however, I would have taken the shot a bit more to the right so the chair is centered with the top window. There also appears to be an object in the bottom left that adds nothing. I personally would have lightened the darks a bit (the outsides of the two pieces of wood below the windows and the space where the ceiling and the wall meet). The only other change would be to soften it a bit. I'm not sure if this was a bracketed shot or not (if it was it didn't need to be) but when bracketing you can get the extremes that I mentioned above and sharpening can exacerbate these effects.
With all of that being said, it's not a bad shot. Keep in mind that the uploader here will compress your photo and cause some of the detail to be lost.
Finally, welcome to UER! Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff.
It's not completely squared off and that detracts from the image. No way to easily correct that post processing. Get the vertical height on the money; the cam appears to be angled slightly upwards. However it could be the building or lense distortion

I see what you were going for. if you want to isolate the chair I would use a trip and perfectly place yourself perpendicular to the windows and centre the chair.
