The concealment from the observation of security or others of revealing luminous signs of movement at night. According to the Army Study Guide, here are five paraphrased tips for practicing light discipline: a. Do not smoke except when concealed from view. b. Conceal flashlights and other light sources so the light is filtered (for example, under a poncho). c. Cover anything that reflects light (for example, metal surfaces, vehicles, glass). d. Use all available natural concealment. e. Camouflage all vehicles and equipment. |
