I've been taking photographs for awhile now, but new to urbex. Here are some shots from my first true exploration. Id love to hear what you guys think also, not all of the shots are HDR

At first I wasn't sure about how you were composing the images, but after 6 they started to be more my speed. I think those last few are really quite good. The first ones were a bit busy and distracting, while towards the bottom you were not only capturing interesting subjects but in more easily digestible compositions. So keep doing what you did for 6-9!

I love 2. It has a very nice composition and shows off the graffiti well.
I think 3 can be improved by lightening up the midtones a bit; they're just a little too dark on the planes. Lightening the highlights in the clouds would also make the image pop, as well.
Similarly, in 4, if you can bring down the whites a bit in the cockpit, then do so. The windows are really blown out in there because it's exposed for the darker interior.
That being said, your use of space in 4, 6, and especially 10 is fantastic. With the way that 6 is cropped, it reminds me of a movie still!
You also handled HDR really well. A lot of people tend to be very heavy-handed with it, but yours is subtle enough to enhance the images and really bring out the details without making it look fabricated.

I love 7-9, especially 9! I personally always shoot my shots bracketed so I atleast have the option of doing HDR on teh back end. I do like you're style of editing with the HDR shots, it's very similar to how I do it now.

Normally I'm very anti-HDR but I really feel like you pulled it off with these shots. None of it was too overdone and the photos all still looked natural. Very good job

4 is my favorite. I agree with the previous suggestion to bring down the cockpit but maybe even the whole picture.
I would like to see 9 with less HDR. Remember black space is not your enemy. If it were to fade almost to black in some areas (instead of perfectly exposed throughout) it would give it an eerie and more dramatic look.
