Probably hundreds of photos of this location already but here are a few of my selections to bump this thread. If the Hall Of Wonders is a fair representation of Garden City sanitary sewers then I look forward to further exploration.

Welcome! Glad to see this get a bump.

That's no sanitary sewer, but we do have explorable sanitary sewers.

Also, someone has been writing over the evolution graf recently. I know that's the nature of things, but please don't.

Yeah, last time Hack, and I were down there ( a month ago ) we noticed the same issues. You would think something of this skill level of art would be respected and left alone, There are plenty of open clean spots to hit up!

Damn~ Nice find.

Despite having "rain forest", I didn't think we had anything this big.

Any hints on length? Does it keep going at that height?

No, it's only a super culvert, maybe 100m long. But nifty.

Wasn't this the one on the lower end of the Bowker System? It's a pretty cool tunnel.

I don't think there is anything that big on the south island? Definitely not bowker though.

Been wanting to take this shot for a while, but the timing is a bit tricky.

I love the colours in that place.

Also, bioluminescent eels!

Sweet pics, you've probably taken the best pics on this and the garden city thread.

Thank you!

I suspect if it seems like that though, it's only because the other guys are holding back on their good stuff or didn't have modern cameras at the time.

Another victim of Saanich's War on Wood.

(Before: http://www.uer.ca/...rrpage=3&pp#post42)

They also disconnected the sewage line that was running along the ceiling, and it now just vomits shit:

Some interesting aesthetics though.

Hi UER! I discovered this site awhile back while trying to track down Victoria's elusive tunnels. My friend and I were able to find the "Hall of Wonders" thanks to the garden city thread and since then have tracked down several exciting storm drains around town. Can't wait to find more!
Without further ado, here's a couple of shots from our recent expedition to the Douglas Darkie:

Did you relight the old candles in there or bring your own?

Welcome and stay dry!
