Does anyone think it would be a good idea to get pics of the museum and the Spruce Goose Airplane? I am planning on visiting sometime in the next two weeks and I am going to try to talk to the director about getting photos from inside the plane (flight deck, passenger cabin, etc.) However I doubt they will let me... they also have an SR-71 Blackbird. I know this is not your typical UE as I would have legal access but they should be some great pictures though. THe building itself is a marvel of engineering as well.

Yep, I've been there. It was most excellent, the spruce goose was gigantic. They also have some WWII fighter planes and stuff down there, if I remember right. Definetly worth the trip.

I found out that you have to get special permission to photograph the planes. Mainly it is to protect their status as photographs of their property. I don't think they mind if it is for non-profit or personal use though.
