Bad. Ass. Not only is it beautiful but it is old. As an American who has never been to any of the colony states, I can say I've probably never stood in a place that's been there that long. That's effin awesome. I r teh jealous

The whole idea of draining scares the hell out of me... But those photos are gorgeous. I'll leave the draining to people who enjoy it and I'll just enjoy their gorgeous photos.

Unless I was dreaming. Maybe it was a dream? It was a dream! You were there Zero. And Trap was there too... and... and there was a wicked witch and she looked like Sky Anne... and I was in an abandoned house that blew away and landed in a place called FurryVille & I had to follow the yellow peely painted brick road...

I don't know if it is or not, but it's a cool article. Here is another interesting article from BBC with some great photos and history: http://www.bbc.com...nd-london-29551351 Guess where I'll be whenever I happen to find myself in London?? I also wish we had this kind of rich urban history around here. We have rich history, just not so much of the industrial sort. Here's one from an urban explorer/historic perspective for both NYC and London: http://www.dailyma...ndon.html#comments Random Cool photos from the aforementioned articles and what I googled on the subject:
