Love it! I'm currently working on a series for my final that I shot with it.

I've experimented with a few kinds of film working in the colour darkroom, and Portra seems to be the one I get the best results with. Don't own a medium format film scanner though, and haven't had time to scan negs at school.

Really? I find Portra warmer than a lot of the other films I've played with.

In my experience Portra tends to be warmer and Fuji 160/400 tends to be cooler (read: green/cyan). I've shot roughly a 5pack of Portra 400 a week since mid spring when I switched from Ektar and have no plans to shoot anything else. Absolutely love printing and/or scanning it.

I can't stop shooting the stuff. It's like Crack.

All shot at ISO-1600, no push the development.

I have found it pretty cool in the tones, if I want warmer tones I'll shoot Ektar 100.

Two stops. At three I would put in a one stop push.

Impressive eh?

oh I was thinking 160. you must shoot 400.

Yeah that is still pretty impressive though.

yeah, sorry, that's Portra 400. Apparantly you can torture the 160 stuff to the same level! I haven't tried it myself...yet.

I should try pulling the 400 stuff next.

The new Portra was my first film and I'm stuck ever since on it. I seem to get almost always the exact result I want. Great for scanning. I think I prefer 400 slightly over 160. Fantastic film.

New Portra 400 is quickly becoming my 120 film of choice
