Hello World! Sorry nerd humor, I'm Tom, and I'm out of Mobile AL. I've done some poking around for a while now, thanks to my time in investigate journalism, but new to UE as pure sport and an underground society. I love how much exists just outside of normal perception. I'm pretty stoked I found a few guys that are interested too. Looking forward to finding some pretty sweet things and polishing the old photography skills.

Hello~! I made this account on here a while ago but I never ended up posting because I got really distracted with things like school, moving and work :c But now I'm posting! My name's Alonso and I live in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm kinda new to UE but I'm hoping I can learn lots of things and meet awesome people! Especially in my area, that would be pretty cool. I really want to get into UE for the adventurousness and discovery aspects of it. Unfortunately, I don't have a camera except for my phone :c But I hope to get a good camera at some point in the future so I can share with everyone here :3 Anyway, it's nice meeting you all and hope to have some fun in the near future!

I'm Michael, 23, Omaha, Nebraska. I have a 3 year old son. I have taken a strong interest in photography the past 2 years. I have finally found my favorite subjects to shoot, Abandonment and people (random street photography). My other hobbies are hiking, camping, repairing/modding cars/trucks, offroading and fishing. Probably forgetting a few too. I have always had an interest in UE but haven't really done much. Mostly I don't like to go alone and my friends don't take an interest in it for the most part. The coolest thing I have found so far is an abandoned "neighborhood" near Omaha. I'll make a separate post about it with some pictures (if I can dig them up). **Here it is** http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post0

New to the forums, been exploring for a few years but back into full swing now. Looking to find other locals to my area, central florida that like to explore. Being a girl I try to explore in groups, but most of the time I end up exploring alone. Name is Val and I like to get into places.

Hei! I'm Kimbunny and am stoked to have come across this! Was just on vaca in Puerto Rico and took a moment to cruise this guy in San Juan. Can't wait to learn more about the people here and everyone's ventures.

Hi everyone ! Having been strangely interested in hidden underground structures (sewers, old tunnels etc.) since my childhood, my first exploration at the age of about 6 was an underground water stream passing through a little village. While otherwise, there is not too much to explore in Switzerland (although a very old hotel I have some photos of somewhere) in terms of abandoned stuff, I did several trips to Berlin to discover, especially in the almost abandoned east, many houses and structures. My recent move to Montreal, Canada, has made things much more appealing, and there is plenty of structures here to explore. While not related to Architecture or building nor photography, I care for architecture a lot and its history. Living near the Olympic stadium in Montreal these days and adoring it`s size and boldness developed a very strong will to check out the tower inside, or (supposedly super-interesting), the foundation of it (which is apparently hollow and enormous). But all the rail installations are worth discovering too, very much so ! I can hopefully post some photos of some minor explorations asap. Denis

hey! my name is Sebastian, I'm a high school senior from Seattle. Exploring has always been an interest of mine, and over the past year or so I've researched and followed Urbex fanatically. I still haven't actually explored a location myself, though - trying to find people to go explore with. Otherwise, my hobbies include video gaming and writing and playing music.

Hello, all! I'm somewhat new to UE unless you could the occasional abandoned house. I'm looking to get a little more serious about this though. I'm looking forward to contributing to this unique hobby and this forum.

Hey all! I'm Andrew! I'm a Senior in high school in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Though I'm not new to Urban Exploration, I am new to the scene and community. I've been everywhere from HVAC rooms and steam tunnels at my school, drainage sewers in my neighborhood, abandoned NIKE Missile bases, to abandoned factories and farms. I am looking forward to becoming a part of your community of fellow explorers and adventurers!

Hey everyone! I'm Eric. I am a professional photographer and have had an on again off again relationship with urban exploration over the past 4 years (mostly because I've had trouble finding people that are interested long term). Strangely enough, I've only combined these two interests once before, but I'm want to take more pictures for sure . I am very interested in learning rooftopping and would love to find a person/group in Chicago that is willing to show me the ropes. I'm new to town so I'm looking to experience the city from a different perspective and make some friends along the way. If you are planning a trip in Chicago and don't mind an extra person, please feel free to private message me. Thanks!

Hi, I'm Borys. I've been interested in urbex for a looooong time, but most of my practice has actually been climbing/rooftopping unabandoned buildings. I'm not really into photography, I just like the challenge of entry and the excitement of being where I'm not supposed to be. I have recently moved to New Orleans.

Hello, Barkjon. Welcome to the forums. You mentioned that you are high school senior, so I'm assuming you're still a minor. Most of us here are cautious about walking into an abandoned place with someone under 18 for legal reasons, the main one being "endangerment to a minor". It is simply a precaution. In the meantime, you should go out there and explore with your friends if possible, however, do not take it personal if nobody wants to meet up with you just yet. Fresh meat needs a little more time on the grill sometimes.

Hello fellow explorers. My name is Coetzer, and I'm from South Africa. Currently I live in S. Korea, close to Cheongpyeong. I have explored many different sites in South Africa, but none in Korea yet, as I have no friends here who are really interested in it. I don't see myself as a photographer, and generally I don't even take a camera with me, I just like walking around in abandoned buildings, mines, caves. I love camping too, and once I find a way to combine the two, I will. I hope to make new friends here.

Hi everyone! I live in Tulsa, OK and am interested in filmmaking primarily (and thus location scouting—urban exploring). I was always looking through rainwater tunnels as a kid, and stopped for a while until recently, when I realized their potential as film locations. Exploring the town, I found a few places, but most of them I've found through UER or Abandoned OK. My love for exploring will mostly grow (I know there's ups and downs) as I continue to explore and find new places. (p.s. I'm into scifi/horror and intelligent/psychological movies as well)

Hello! I'm a 25 yr old from Stevens Point, Wisconsin area and have always been fascinated by abandoned buildings and forgotten relics of the past but just recently have really started getting into photographing anything I can find around my area. Vacant Department Stores, abandoned houses, etc. I have never urbexed yet on anything I would even remotely count as real exploring but hope to see you sometime soon either by myself or with a friend. If Any other Central Wisconsin urbexers what to friend me and maybe someday we could find some cool spots around the area that would be great. I have been uploading my photos recently to the "Abandoned Wisconsin" Facebook page though most of them are with my crappy cell phone and I will have to deal with that until I someday get a nice camera.

Lucky to have such tunnels at only a high school. Most of us have to find a college somewhere. Sounds like you'll fit right in here.
