Hello!

I'm just getting started out in both terms of photography and exploration. My ex introduced me to exploring and photography, and she's no longer around--but I want to keep exploring! I've enjoyed hunting for abandoned buildings and taking pictures of decaying artifacts with intriguing textures. I'm around the Sacramento area and would be interested in buddies who also want to go exploring.

I found an abandoned copse of industrial-looking buildings that I'd love to go back and explore with an adventure buddy.

Howdy fellow Northern California explorer, if you ever come through the bay let me know I'd be happy to explore.

Hello! I have been lurking on here more than anything, I forgot to make an introduction! I go by Roni, and I am a lover of all things history! I got into urban exploration through Youtube, and have done a bit myself, but it wasn't much. I have visited a lovely abandoned mansion in Georgia (Where I live so if you have any recommendations, I'd love them) as well as a church and border control building in Portugal. I am currently studying Anthropology and Archaeology, and I love exploring and adventures. I hope I can help contribute here and maybe make a few friends along the way too!

Hey everyone!

I'm new to urban exploration but I'm looking to start! I'd love to go out but COVID is making it difficult. I'd love to go exploring with some people, but I don't really know of any places to go to. I'm in NorCal / Sacramento area.

It's great to meet everyone!

Hello! I live in Wisconsin and have currently been to 3 abandoned places but I’m going to pump those numbers up. I joined uer.ca a while ago in search for an abandoned place but completely forgot about it. I’m now an aspiring full member!

Hey all!
I am from Canada Ontario.
Have been fascinated with urban exploring since i was just a kid, back home in Russia.
I remember myself accessing abandoned USSR started construction sites that were abandoned later, or abandoned military bases.
I saw this site back in 2012 when i was thinking of resuming my long forgotten passion. Now with my best bud(who's apparently recently revealed to me his passion for Urban Exploration) we are roaming Ontario/GTA.
Willing to meet members of UER community in the area to visit some cool places together!
Lets stay in touch

Hey, everyone! My name is Gavin!

I live in the Rockford area of Illinois, and I have been interested in urbex for years. I'm willing to travel a fair amount for this hobby I have grown addicted to. I've been exploring a few locations recently, and I have become low on content and possibilities, which is why I am here now. I have a lot to contribute to this community, and I hope to exchange information with others. I have a ton of respect for this community and I want to do my part for it.

I'm excited to talk to you all!

Hey everyone!

I'm from Ontario, Canada and just recently started exploring. I've always had a strong interest in urbex, just never really acted on it until now. I'd love to explore some more places and share some photos with you all. I look forward to learning more about urban exploring and reading about everyone's adventures!

hello !! my name is ellie but i also go by gabriel & james. i recently moved to huntsville, alabama for school purposes (i'm majoring in astrophysics!) and am currently looking for new adventures. as for my other hobbies, i'm interested in bone-collecting, stargazing, playing the harmonica, gardening, painting, and writing! i'm also currently working on a graphic novel project as well as an independent music career. i'm a little scattered & tend to dabble in just about everything, so there's about a 99% chance i left something out.

also!! i've already explored the majority of the areas around where i live so i'm actively looking for more places to go and people to explore with! c:

Henlo. My name is Izzy, and I just remembered I had an account here like 5 minutes ago. So guess I'm back?? Haha, no but seriously. I dabbled in urbex when I was younger but never got involved in any kind of community for it, so I guess there's no time like the present

I'm ••••••, I'm from NYC. I'm somewhat new to UE, but have been doing it casually for a little while. I really like roof topping and draining, and think I'm probably going to check out some abandoned subway stations pretty soon.

Howdy UER. I live in the central valley of California. Though I did not know the name "urban exploring" until recently, I first get interested in it when I was 12 or 13 and found a bunker outside of San Francisco that had a door broken open. I cannot explain it but since then I have always had a desire to explore old buildings. I especially like places with historical significance. Some of the places I have explored include an abandoned scout camp, a number of abandoned houses, several buildings downtown in Stockton, The USS Hornet (some of the parts closed to the public) and a few others. I really have not had time to do much exploring in the last 10 years due to family and work. I am 37, married with three kids, and have a full time job and a part time job that I keep mostly to keep my certifications in that field current.

I do not have many pictures of my adventures because most of them were before I had a digital camera and if someone told me at that time cell phones would be what they are today I would have laughed.

I want to get back into it but I do have to be very careful now. An arrest would have a serious impact on both of my careers not to mention possibly cost me my Federal Firearms Licence and my CCW. This is a very cool site.

Hi! Im Simon, im from Canada. I always wanted to explore forgotten and abandoned places or just cool places in general. I found this form and it seems filled with cool places, and people as well. I can not wait to meet some of y'all.
Im here mostly to fill my childish need to explore and discover, the thrill of exploring places where there is no boundary, no guide to tell you where to go. Exploration on your own terms. How the buildings are in decay is quite interesting.

Hi everyone, I'm Jumolbo (lortjumolbo, Lord Jumolbo, etc.), and I've recently moved to central TX in the Austin area. I'm originally from Kansas, where I started my time doing urban exploration in rural parts of the state and Kansas City. Now that I'm in the Austin area, I am looking for new places to explore, new people to explore with, and ways to get involved in the local scene. As of yet I haven't found any locations, so, you guys are doing a good job keeping stuff around here under wraps lmao. I'll do my best to be as involved as I need to be to get "in" with the community, because in the age of the virus there's not much besides urbex to go out and do. Since I haven't been on this forum before I will post some pictures from previous expeditions of mine from back in Kansas, so be looking out for those. Thanks for giving this a read, I look forward to getting to know more of you all!

Hey! My name is Giles (yes I got it from Giles Corey) and I'm new to UER. I'm really into psychology and have seen how much anxiety can control us. I, not wanting to be controlled by fear, have started Urbexing and going on these adventures. Started out with my old school's roof and now me and my friends are actively scouting around for abandoned buildings.

I love music. I can jam out to basically anything from Kendrick Lamar to Black flag to Bill Withers. My openness for music and art spills out to the real world, I'm as weird as you so what gives me the right to judge you?

Hey guys! I guess you can just call me s.lich and I'm from Toronto, ON.
I'm totally new to urbex; I've been interested in it for a while but school (and life in general) has kept me from being able to try it out. Anyways, I'm hoping to learn more about urbex, meet people, and get my hands a little dirty.

Hey everyone, y'all can call me Ty. Been an avid hiker for the past few years as well as photography, I'm from the Mass area and wanted to branch out into urban exploration for a change of pace and to return to my roots as my old highschool group used to explore but has since stopped. Huge indie music fan, and finally just glad to be here!
