Protein Pancakes 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese 4 egg whites 1 T. cinnamon Blend in food processor or blender until smooth. Spray pan with Pam and cook like regular pancakes. Add blueberries for extra flavor! I use Agave syrup (the best) or just sprinkle with Splenda to keep it healthy.
