Hah, I was in here a few months back. We were pretty sure it was an active squat so we didn't venture inside the house and skedaddled pretty fast.

i thought it might have been a squat as well but it didn't seem like it once i was inside.

That building was not where they ate meals, it was a place for kids to play and hang out.... because the prison was for women...with babies and kids

Huh, that's interesting. I'd never realized that the children were kept with the moms in that prison until now! I just assumed it was a meal room based on the long picnic style table tipped over in the room.

Creepin' around doing some low-light practice, came across a shining example of what passes for "Historical Restoration" in this city:
Should have got a shot of the back of the building, which was simply sliced right off so they can splice a condo onto it as per usual.
