I wish I knew about this place before it got turned into a park, seems like those stairs would have been way less sketchier when it was a road way. I'm still determined to get there though!

Not sure if its still doable, you'd have to time it right and now let a single person see you. The stairs are sketch AF one wrong step and you're in the ocean.I've been wanting to get back up there in better light but its not worth the risk for me anymore.

Pretty much what Rescue said. For doing that timing is pretty much everything, and depends the type of people walking around.

There’s a handful of people that I know that have done it in broad daylight, so it’s definitely nothing impossible, just risky.
