I tried. I have an old laptop that I'm pretty sure has a copy saved on it.
Unfortunately I plugged it in but it won't fire up. I'll keep looking

I have a copy. I had to get it to under 100kb so it's not the easiest to read. I have the original PDf but I don't want to host it anywhere as it is not mine to distribute.

edit - tried to get rid of the pop up image. I always use flickr so I cannot remember how. Regardless it works. Enjoy

...And, naturally the image won't display for me.

Crap. Can anyone explain what I'm supposed to be looking at, because it SOUNDS awesome.

If we tick them all off, do we get to yell bingo?

If the PDF is still available I would very much appreciate a copy.
Thank you in advance!

I’d also love a copy of the PDF! This would make a great collection to my house decor of curiosities 😂
