UER is getting it's very own awards board!!
To be taken lightly - no drama. A great way to showcase your talent with the best (and worst) stories you've got.
EDIT: I've realized we may have to nominate ourselves for certain categories, so ignore that below. Things like "best uer partner" obviously don't nominate yourself. Thanks!
First things first, we need to decide which categories to vote on. I have a few ideas such as Highest Climb, Best Infiltration of a Live Site, Most Ninja, Best Exploring Outfit, etc. Worst versions of all these categories will also be created - it's fun to laugh at ourselves, and we all have fail stories.
Once categories are created, nominations are required for the 'best' categories- and you can not nominate yourself. Each category will have it's own thread and nominations will be made there.
Nominations are also going to be required for the 'worst' categories- and you can only nominate yourself.
So, start listing those categories! All final votes will be made via pm and I will count them and award the winners..something. Pride, mostly.

There's one very similar to that already, biggest risk for a lousy photo. Effort could also be under the same category

So, what's going on here? There was a flurry of activity with people coming up with categories and haphazardly nominating people and stuff. But really, what's going on? Is there more to come from this board or has it prematurely blown its load?
Edit: May I also suggest that if there is going to be some serious voting, use polls attached to threads to keep things structured. Trusting UER'ers to follow instructions while voting is asking a lot.

sorry, picked up another job and work 60 hours a week now :p meant to start voting friday but am pushing it back. will attach pole to each category. Categories with less than five nominations will be closed and saved for the second explories.
