I posted those five minutes before my lawyer called and said, among other things, the DA wants all my photos pulled from the internet if I don't wanna go to jail.

Good luck uLAUB, if your D.A. is elected I'd be whoring out my story to anyone that would call his office and tell him that his decisions with regard to your situation could have electoral consequences
I hope it all works out for you reasonably well!
personally I think the D.A. is barking up the wrong tree with some trumped up bullshit. there's much bigger fish to fry... (after all though, its all about money)

A district attorney wouldn't know who you have as a lawyer on retainer, that you even have a lawyer, or even contact a lawyer rather than contacting law enforcement or you directly.
