if your talking about the Belz Factory Outlet Mall , it been demolished  along with 3 other abandonments in the area because of all the construction on the 121...

actually no, I don't know who the hell they are. I found them sleeping in a public pedestrian tunnel so they became targets for my camera. No Reasonable Expectation of Privacy. I did leave them with some cash though. Didn't wake them up.
