Being in the UK, I have been round to many archive centres and picked up a few copies, also planning maps from redevelopments and the odd other bit here and there of UK hospitals and asylums like Cane Hill and West Park etc
I was wondering does anybody have the same for the old Kirks or similar, or know an on-line source? I am looking to make a map and plan hallway and think that a few non UK ones would work very well! 
Would be very happy to swap for copies I have!

This may not be exactly what you're looking for but here's a fire escape map from a building (I believe Ryon Hall) that was an addition to a kirkbride campus:
