Does anybody have any information on who might be there, if it still exists even with Obama's closing of CIA and Guantanamo bay detention centers?
I know about one or two of the memorable people, like Brigadier General Bowen, but as far as anybody else, I'm stumped and I can't find much information. It's said it's in Missouri and one reason the Scientologists believe the federal government is out to get them, but other than that, that's about all I can find.

The idea of "Siberia, USA" is bandied about by the Scientologists as evidence that there was/is some sort of government conspiracy to use evil psychiatry against the masses.

Not really DevilC. Sure, it's a Scientologist thing that they make reference to, but it's supposedly something else entirely as well.
I was poking around and there were two proposed hospital developments that were supposed to be built, one of them in Alaska, and the other one is supposedly in Missouri where they keep people drugged and passive. It's not just a collection of people, it's supposedly an actual place, one specific hospital where all of these people, like General Bowen were/are kept. One of the articles said there's probably 1000 people or more in this particular facility, their only crimes are pissing off the federal government by getting involved in some super secret operation and telling the truth about it.

i thought i saw him in an interview recently ? did some googling and couldn't find anything one way or another That he was ever jailed???

Bowen wasn't jailed.
He was interfering with the traffic of drugs from South America via the CIA. So, they stuck him in a mental hospital, gave him drugs that supposedly gave him a nasty heart condition and detained him for a while. He uncovered this whole mess and "someone wanted him silenced" so they put him away.

It's being referred to in some circles as Siberia, USA. Where they can send you for almost any reason and keep you there nearly indefinitely.
Originally they wanted it in or around Anchorage, Alaska.
It makes me wonder what effect Obama's little moratorium on Guantanamo and other secret CIA detention facilities will do to it.
