Yah, I can't imagine what it was he would eat to conceal, but if that's what that was, he's in for a helluva trip! I guess it's better than federal pound me in the ass prison. I guess the only other thing could be details of a crime or potential crime, like a map, the name of the person to shoot, etc.
Edit: After more research, he had just robbed a bank. It was the note he handed to a bank teller demanding money.
