Bitchy patrons that hang up on me kinda piss me off.
It all started cause she (bitchy patron) was swearing and carrying on in the library. There are certain things you just don't do. She's been warned and warned. Finally I threatened to ban her from the library. I come in this morning to find a silly little note from her. She asked that I call her. So I did. She didn't like what I had to say so she hung up on me.
Actually...I'm happy. She won't be back! Yippy!

Wow, who needs to freak out in a Library? That's pretty ridiculous. That's actually very disrespectful.
Also, how is it even possible to have any drama caused in a library? Unless the employees do something very dumb (probably not they work in a library) I would just assume that the rude patron is probably an asshat.

OMG! That's great!
This lady is actually quite unstable and we've had problems before. She would only come in to use the computer. She drives my staff crazy. They'll be happy to hear that she won't be coming back.

Ooh yah. I go there for the books and vintage music. The internet user people kind of creep me out. I understand the need for it and library's are modernizing, but I find that kind of weird. Not everyone can afford a computer, I understand, and I'm glad there are library's there for that. Though often that doesn't seem to be the case.

Lately, we've been getting a weird element in for the computers. Summer was good cause it was mostly teens. And believe it our not they're some of our best and most well behaved patrons. But now with the kids back to school we're getting some weirdos. We had one guy in asking how to download porn!

Oh God Emo Yuppie! His tantrums were crazy. He used to sit out in the parking lot and cry. I banned him for 6 months and he never came back.
