Personally, I think these ikds...I mean KIDS...not iKids... today spend too much time playing with teh internets, and not enough time plowing the fields/tending the cattle.

I am begin serious.
There used for laser guided bombs.
We used them both Iraq wars ( well one is a operation).
Remember when we launched hell on Baghdad at night.
That was using pre-determined painted targets that were painted months prior by special forces.
And yes I have seen these lasers and even operated one with a Gulf War PJ at my high school.

I'll argue that one. The USAF CATM guys will argue it too. I'll make sure my Dad knows that the guy who came in on the jungle penetrator and got him of the ground in Laos was not a shooter, despite the multiple magazines of M-16 fire he laid down during the extraction. The guys running the miniguns in the doors weren't shooters either I take it. Sounds like a little intraservice rivalry jealousy here.
I have changed my personal exploring ethics code. From now on it will be: "Take only aimed shots, leave only hobo corpses." Copper scrappers, meth heads and homeless beware. The Jonsered cometh among you, bringing fear and dread.

Operators is a broad term.
They perform CSAR. . . . important term being Combat there.
There are other guys who lurk in and designate targets, not PJs.
PJs go in and recover people and things.

Apparently, they use lasers to paint things they want to blow up. Seems like a waste of a laser beam, not to mention the loss of paint.

So the signs that the United States and Israel will be going to war with Iran are becoming more and more frequent these days. Does anyone else think this was a master-plan type scenario by the bush administration? Think about it, we first occupy Afghanistan, which borders Iran. Then we occupy Iraq which also borders Iran. I can't help but think that Iran has been the ultimate goal for the bush camp the entire time he has been in office. By invading two neighboring countries and securing the Persian Gulf it gives the US an excellent strategical position.
