Eh, goodwill is middle of the road. I prefer all the warehouse sized mom and pop junk stores around here. If I'm looking for some decent clothes I go to an "out of the closet". They give out free condoms and aids tests with your used Hawaiian shirts! Is that just an LA thing, or are there other gay oriented thrift stores elsewhere?
Tourism, human circulation considered as consumption is fundamentally nothing more than the leisure of going to see what has become banal.

They have a few of those same shops in SF... my favorite one boasts "Donations accepted in the rear"

Classy. Gotta love the clothes that get dropped off though.

We have 2 "Out of the Closet" stores here in Fort Lauderdale. Awesome place!
*Best Post Ever* any meetups to go to the malt plant? I'll join and be the first one over, so you know I'm not a cop. Also I'll bring beer. *DO NOT MESSAGE ME WITH ISSUES. PLEASE USE CONTACT A MODERATOR*
Around here, if you volunteer at Goodwill, you cannot shop at Goodwill. That's some great community service incentive right there. Luckily, St. Vincent de Paul doesn't have the same rule, so that's the better place to volunteer, IMHO. Their prices are also much lower.
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

Couldn't you just shop at a different goodwill?
The question is not when are we gonna stop, It's who's gonna stop us? |
