Give us all a list of what you can do and what you're working on. mine: -climbing (i'm pretty good) -rolls (grass and concrete) -precision jumping (about 3' vert. 5'-6' distance) -wall runs (a couple steps up a wall, working on across) -jumping off roofs (highest=20 ft.) -wall spins (almost vert. wall) -cat/cat jumps/cat to cat -monkey/vault/lazy vault -handstand (not very good, better at headstands ) can't think of anything else right now let's hear from err body

20 ft..there is no way you can jump of 20 ft drran and not hurt yourself... 20 ft is about 2 stories...its like jumping of your house. You still got a lot of work to do man;) start coming to gym sessions with us.
i dont even want to start listing what i can do. it will take to long? the one thing that im really working on right now is my backflip, but that tricking so i guess it does not count. Im so close...i will have it by friday.

Climb. Thats about it. Still working on everything else...I'm more of a walking Traceur...I tend to fall when I run.

i got pretty heavy into the pk thing. i can run up a wall 12 feet high every vault you know of lazy vaults both ways, same with reverse vaults and speed vaults been climbing since i was a youngin, i love urban climbing and always have back when i did parkour every day and really put effort into it my percision jump was 7.5 to 8.5 feet long (no lie) my balance improved ten fold (when i practiced alot) rolling is obvious, i dont like talking of parkour like i can do all these moves. none of these moves are tricks. parkour is adaptation not about what you can do.

I can do advanced climbing from static to double campus dynos (which are ridiculously hard) I can Wall-run up a 12-14ft wall L-Turn (2 step wallrun turn around on the second foot and jump behind you to grab something or precision) Farthest gap so far is 18ft. Highest drop might have been about 15ft? (im scarred shitless of heights but have survived drops that have wrecked my nerves) I can do most vaults including Kongs, Dashs, Speed Vaults and Turn Vaults. (I can only do a few freerunning vaults like the split vault or rocket vault) Highest I've climbed using parkour is 5 stories up. I'm not too good at precisions. No Flips. I do parkour, not freerunning I guess thats about it, I also been doing parkour for 5 years.

I refuse to do flips btw, they're too much risk with little tactical purpose, at least in my opinion. -Vaults: -Dash -Kong -Speed -Lazy -Thief -Kash -Reverse(s) -Tic[Tac] -Cats -Precision jumps (My specialty) -Rolls -Suicide Rolls (Custom move) -Climbing/Scaling
