| rooftops are above sound, light, stress, hobos, and (usually) cops.
above sound nothing rapes my ears.
above light recessed stars blink.
above stress i am as designed.
above hobos... well, change happily jingles in my pocket.
above cops i answer to God.
just over a month has passed since the first time i threw a blanket down under the moon, looked into the clear night, and slept several stories above the ground. it feels natural. i am refreshed when i wake up. life is never routine when the day comes to a close. structure camping doesn't simply appeal to a lust for adventure or a break from the ordinary. i can find answers this way.
i loath living on the dirt.
