Don't lash out at mavrix for his beliefs, there has been to much of that already...There is too much wishy-washy-ness and hate filled chatter, and not enough actual discussion. If someone posts something you disagree with...fine post again and challenge their statement including facts (somewhat). Leave flaming statements and persecution out of it.

So we've established that the mark beside the lower right point is a symbol and not start/end overshoot from the initial act of drawing the star?

Correct, they are on all points.
Although the top 2 points are rather faded, the symbol is identical to the image I just posted AND KublaKhan's avatar...

As there should be. His beliefs are based on the weakest of "proof" that any reasonably intelligent individual would have long since dismissed. If poorly drawn pentagrams were proof of Satanism then 95% of America’s freeway overpasses would be clogged with worshipers.

I think Peterman's point here is that the thing is detailed beyond what is expected of your typical teenaged graffiti artist. It is specific, and accurate, and was applied with care by someone who took some time to get it right.

It looks pretty sloppy to me. Anybody could have sat down there and taken the time to draw it. It was probably the same person who would stand to benefit from the most from somebody finding it...

Last night I was down scoping stuff out around Market Square and Store St. I was headed over towards APEX Steel and the old factory where all that construction is going on now in Rock Bay (water/soil contamination). I had previously met a security guard there and he told me to come talk to him about setting up a tour of sorts. Anywho, I’m walking down in front of Capital Iron and this raggedy looking guy asks me for a cigarette. I told him I didn’t smoke but that I would offer to help him find one. So we’re walking around towards ChinaTown, chit-chat you know. He asks what I’m doing wandering around downtown this late. I told him I was checking out to see if I could find any leads for drains, tunnels, abandonments and the like. He seemed rather intrigued when I asked him if he knew anything about tunnels under downtown Victoria.
“Yep, but it’ll cost you 5 smokes”
I told him again that I don’t smoke and thus I didn’t have any..
So we’re walking around ChinaTown asking strangers for smokes and we get 5 in just about half an hour. During that time my new friend mentions a tunnel he knows about near Herald St. that starts down by Store…oddly enough right near where I met him.
“Many street people get shelter from the rain in there, but its pretty dangerous on account of how unsteady the structure is.”
I asked him to show me anyways and that I am aware of the risks of getting injured, and have taken such risks before.
“It’s your funeral”
He pointed at where I should step down to, and turned away.
"Cheers"
So there I go, I hopped down to check it out and I see this dark narrow passageway that seems to begin a few metres under street level. I shone my flashlight (16 LED’s) inside and HOLY SHIT there was someone crouched down looking back at me, so I high-tailed it the bleep outta there back to my car. On the way home I drove by the spot right where it was and was too scared to look. I’m not usually a fraidy-cat most of the time but I was SPOOKED. If only I could find this guy again, he seems like he might have known more…

im sure that victoria's tunnels hold some old treasures like mabie stashes of money ,,from when the japanese where exiled up to the british columbia concentration camps ,,
or Booze from prohibition ,,
or mabie the government is using one of the tunnels to hide all of the extra money that the taxpayers are paying right now ,,
