TLDR: Idiots get busted for throwing rocks and get a prime spot sealed up again.
I wasn't able to go down there this past weekend, but apparently a couple of explorers got busted at the top of the elevator by something like 12 cops. They were caught for the absolute stupidest reason too. One of the idiots was throwing rocks at boats from the top of the elevator. The funniest part of this whole situation is that the cops actually scaled the grain elevator to reach the top to arrest them. I think they only got tickets though. There's a big lesson to be learned from this although it should be common sense. DO NOT for the love of god draw attention to yourself by throwing objects from the top of abandoned buildings in populated areas. It could land you in serious trouble, and could seriously hurt someone. Pretty sure the spot is sealed up now because of the idiots. Let this be a lesson learned for those involved and those who know about it.
