Editing the location DB as a basic member

I was reading through the universal FAQ, and I understand that in order to add locations to the database I would need to become a full member. That being said, the universal FAQ says in order to make a change to incorrect information on a location, I would need to edit the location and make the change. However, when I click the button to edit a location, it says that I don't have the sufficient rights access to edit the location. What do I do in this instance, just simply create a thread about the location in the right region so that someone can fix the location?

You could probably message the entry creator directly. If you post a reply in the entry, no one's likely to see it, because the LDB isn't used much anymore.
