Opens with surfing around and under the abandoned Pacific Ocean Pier in/near/around Santa Monica, California. Nice footage/stills of the abandoned pier plus the surfing stuff. During the drought in the mid 70's the film shows actual footage of the surfers scouting out backyards with pools with no, or little water to skateboard in. And of course, Lots of footage/stills of them doing just that.
