Originally attracted by the exterior, I wasn't too sure what I was going to find inside. It was definitely not a rec center type interior. Created to show off aluminum's capabilities to the car manufactures of Detroit, the building was eventually sold to a gym chain. They remodeled the interior to what it is today. 1. The pool

Not a whole lot to see but some interesting history and lovely details. Exterior shots omitted for obvious reasons (worth a look for yourself though!)

Not sure. I’ve never seen it before but by the amount of graffiti it’s obviously well traveled. It’s certainly unique, so quite identifiable.

That's super cool! I like seeing it with less tags, it was so much cleaner even less than a year ago.
