Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time. Z.B.S. Halevi -- Kabbalah |

Demolition has been on and off for several years by the looks of it. I was there in October and managed to see a decent bit of the back half. I stopped by again in November and they were doing more demolition. I'd try stopping on a weekend and seeing if there is any movement from the cliffs. As long as you stay on the back side, security will almost never bother you. It looked like there was new alarms last time I went, but they didn't go off so looks like they've already been rendered useless. Be careful when going through the pedestrian tunnel though, there is a few very territorial homeless guys who chased me when I walked through. Otherwise it's a very sick place to check out, get it while its still there!

Most are just shells, the one farthest away from the front gate is the most interesting IMO but still mostly a shell.

Yes, the frontside is the side accessible from the street, whereas the backside backs up to the river and along the bluff
