Hurry hurry hurry! Sorry that I didn't have time to check comments at last saturday and I have no time for that even now - going to evening shift soon - but I'll try to get back tomorrow.
Anyway, it was friday evening few weeks ago, probably at the end of September. This grey house did drill in to my head calling "you must return"... and so I did. Very interesting place, you wouldn't guess how colorful room there is, it still feels amazing every time.

...and today's off-topic-bonus-photo tells something my dark (might be joke?) mind. Last sunday we did have sooo beautiful, sun-filled autumn day that I did decide that I should try to catch some lakeside views with autumn colors. Views really were beautiful and colorful and so on... and I did find myself staring patterns of small stream wondering how "this could look fine in black and white"... and soon I did find myself from dead tree with amazing patterns on it's surface. Colorful photos from that trip..? None.  So here we go with these details of deadwood in the forest:

Yeah, it did make me wonder even at my first visit 13 years ago if plan was to move whole building to elsewhere. Anyway it seems that if it was so, plan did die sooner than later.

Thank you so much, and yeah: those colors are definitely something you wouldn't wait to see in old and grey house which is probably from 1800s. But one thing is sure: never judge house (or human) from it outside look.

Damned (and this is just joke, don't take it seriously )!
When I did fall into UE photographing most of it were black and white - don't ask why. xD And then when I did do it too, soon people were asking: why don't you use colors... so I did. One of those rare times when I've really listen what people say about my photos, I mean like "you should do like this or that" kind of style. Soon after that I did understand that I did kind of repeat those patterns that everyone else do... and soon after that I did start to do things like I want to.
But speaking honestly, today I think that it really depends. Some views just work in black and white better than in colors and otherwise.
And I'm happy if my photos get you deeper into black and white. In my opinion they are often more out of time shots, probably last longer in time. Good luck with your thing, and remember to link me your shots too, especially if you are in Instagram (I'm there as volanenpetri). Would be soooo nice to see your shots too, here or there.
