Need some help from more knowledgeable UERers than myself, with finding an urbex photo site that I used to go on maybe 15 years ago. It was its own website, not hosted anywhere else, and I think it focused mostly on either German or Russian places. The layout of the website was a distinctly early-2000s-looking black and green template where you could navigate between sites via photo thumbnails. I do remember that there was some discussion of this site on here a while ago - the guy claimed to have found a corpse in the shower of an old steel mill or foundry, which was proven to be false. There were a bunch of photos of dead birds, though. Anyone happen to remember which site this was and/or who was behind it?
Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing. | |
Henk van Rensbergen's abandoned-places.com? I think it's pretty obvious that the body in the shower was not a real one.

That's it! Thank you. Brings back some memories for sure - glad it is still online to begin with.

that style of website was peak web design. It only went downhill from there.
