Technically, no.
It's only vacant. If the owner fails to respond to the court order, then it becomes abandoned again and Wayne County seizes the property again.

They have been demolishing the end they own (the city) and moving toward his section for more than a year. They will just take the property back again. This grifter never even did a thing with his other properties and someone was killed a while back there because it was not secure.
